With the recent boom in business I've been asked a lot of questions. Hopefully this helps clear things up.
Where are you located?
I'm at 1057 St. Mary's Blvd., Windsor, ON N8S 2V3, on the east side of Windsor. Get directions.
Can I just bring my garments in?
No — I work by appointment only. Book a time first and I'll be ready for you.
What are your hours?
Since I'm back in college, my hours from September 2026 to May 2027 are Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm, and Friday afternoons from 2pm to 7pm. The phone is answered 9am to 7pm daily. Can't make it during those times? Contact me and I'll try to work something out with you.
How do I book an appointment?
There are three ways to book:

Is there parking?
Yes — there's a large driveway plus on-street parking.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately the space isn't accessible, but I can always work something out with you to get your clothing altered or repaired. Just get in touch.
How much do pant hems cost?
All pant hems are $10. Heavily embellished pieces or complex garment construction may cost more.
What types of fabric do you work on?
Literally anything: chiffon, silk, organza, tulle, linen, denim, cotton, polyester, leather, cordura, corduroy, knitwear, and more.
What other services do you offer?
Garment steaming and ironing, measurement taking for ordering online, bridal and formal wear alterations and repairs, blanket and upholstery repairs, and custom dyeing. Don't see what you need? Contact me to ask about other services.
Can you do embroidery?
I can do lettering and some designs. I'm unable to make patches or do complex embroidery. Contact me to find out more.
